Overview
This trip is ideally for you if you are short of time and want to see the best of Bhutan in a short time. Highlight of the trip would be visiting the Taktshang Tigers nest monastery one of the oldest historical and enchanting place. It was established in the eighth century when Padmasambava, the country’s patron saint, who brought Buddhism to Bhutan, flew here on the back of his mythical tigress to meditate. The main buildings sit astride a sheer rock cliff face more than 2000m above the valley. Once you reach the temple you’ll have a breath taking scenery of the valley.
